Updated November 2026

A Secret Lagoon ticket costs 4,500 ISK for adults (15 and over), 260 ISK for children 14 and under, and 3,300 ISK for seniors 67 and over and people with disabilities, on the lagoon’s own price list (secretlagoon.is, November 2026). You can pay online when you book a time or at reception on arrival. The same entry is sold on GetYourGuide by Gamla Laugin ehf, the company that runs the pool, as the Iceland Secret Lagoon Admission Ticket, from $32 a person (checked November 2026).

Gift cardfrom 4,500 ISK, valid a year

Prices are per person in Icelandic krónur, VAT included. A child must come in with an adult, and one adult can bring up to three children; children 16 and under always need an adult with them. The ticket covers one entry on the date and time chosen, the showers and a locker. Towels, swimsuits, drinks and snacks are extra, paid at reception.

At the door or online

You can buy at reception. The lagoon takes cash in krónur, US dollars or euros, and most cards, Apple Pay included. Booking a time ahead is what it asks for, though: it says it cannot guarantee a place without a booking, its terms give online bookings priority when there is a queue, and they add that a booking does not rule out a wait. A booking made on the lagoon’s own site can be changed or cancelled by email up to 24 hours before; after that there is no refund.

So for a driver the plain answer is the lagoon’s own ticket: book a time on secretlagoon.is the day before, or pay at the door if you arrive on a quiet afternoon. There is no discount code to hunt for; the reduced prices are for children, seniors and disabled guests, and the 10-entry multi-pass for regulars.

The GetYourGuide admission

*Iceland Secret Lagoon Admission Ticket* is sold by Gamla Laugin ehf, the operator of the pool, so it is the same entry with a different checkout: the price in dollars, free cancellation up to 24 hours before, and the option to reserve now and pay later. It covers the pool, the changing area, lockers and showers; towel and swimsuit rental and transport are not included. It is listed from $32 a person (checked November 2026), and the lagoon’s own adult price of 4,500 ISK was about US$37 at the European Central Bank’s reference rates of 2 November 2026. Look at the adult price on the calendar against the lagoon’s own before you choose.
